At Paw Sign, we respect your right to manage your personal data. This guide explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data, and what happens when you do.
We don't want to lose you, but we respect your decision.
When you delete your account, all your training history, health records, care logs, and personal notes will be removed from Paw Sign.
Your account and all your data will be permanently deleted.

When you request account deletion, most data is deleted immediately. However, some data may take up to 30 days to be completely removed from our backup systems. This delay ensures we can recover your account in case of accidental deletion.

Include your account email address and request account deletion. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data. If you think you might want to use Paw Sign again, consider deactivating your account instead, which allows you to reactivate it later.
